Kirsters Baish| The list of Hollywood actors and entertainers that despise President Trump and have decided to display their hatred for all to see is huge. The problem for these imbeciles? The majority of Americans stood by Donald Trump through the 2016 Presidential Election, and obviously voted him into office. So, it’s not really a surprise that we’re seeing the worst box office numbers in 25 years. That’s our good old friend, Karma.
Actress Meryl Streep decided to use her speech time at the Golden Globes to trash President Trump. The beginning of her dramatic speech kicked off with her speaking directly to her fellow Liberal celebrities saying that Hollywood “belongs to one of the most vilified segments in America right now.” The major issue we have with celebrities like Streep is that while they may be talented actors and performers, they have no role in speaking when it comes to politics.
They are uneducated on the things they are speaking on, which makes them entirely hypocritical. They have complained time and time again that Trump isn’t fit to be in the White House because he spent most of his career as a businessman, not a politician. So, what makes them suitable people to speak on politics?

Streep isn’t the only bigheaded liberal celebrity who has opened her mouth on the subject. Robert DiNero was quoted calling Donald Trump “a punk,” “a pig,” and “an idiot” during the 2016 Presidential Election. Just days prior to the election, DiNero actually had the kahunas to say that he wanted to personally assault Donald Trump. He stated, “I’d like to punch him in the face.”
USA Politics Today wrote:
The list of Hollywood losers who have made vile, unfounded and even threatening remarks against a man who has put his very successful life on hold in an effort to save our nation is vast.
The list of Hollywood losers who have said they would like to harm our President is also rather significant, starting with Madonna who got a visit from the secret service after she told a large, adoring group of women at the Women’s March in DC, that she’d like to blow up the White House.
We can’t forget about the woman who calls herself a comedian, Kathy Griffin. Her career imploded after she decided to flaunt a prop that closely resembled the severed bloody head of President Trump.
Hollywood has been taking a substantial hit since celebrities have decided to put their politics in front of their careers. Most Americans are sick and tired of their hatred for middle-America. Now that Hollywood is wrapping up the summer box-office season, reality has hit hard. The amount of tickets sold between the United States and Canada combined this summer is estimated to drop to the lowest numbers in twenty-five years. Our country’s top movie theater chains have taken a huge hit. These include AMC Theaters, and Chief Executive Adam Aron stated that the most recent quarter has been “simply a bust.”
LA Times reported:
Such blunt language reflects some worrisome trends. Domestic box-office revenue is expected to total $3.78 billion for the first weekend of May through Labor Day — a key period that generates about 40% of domestic ticket sales — down nearly 16% from the same period last year, according to comScore. That’s an even worse decline than the 10% drop some studio executives predicted before the summer began.
Even before this catastrophic Labor Day weekend is factored in (more on this below), the domestic 2017 box office is in hideous shape. This year is –6.3% behind 2016 and continues to fall behind 2015, 2013, and 2012.
Once you take into account inflation, the numbers look even worse. Back in 2012, the average movie ticket cost roughly $7.96. In present day, the average movie ticket costs around $8.89… almost an entire dollar more. Things are not looking good, and they’re about to look even worse. This is the first Labor Day in twenty-five years that there wasn’t a new movie released on more than 1,000 screens. During Labor Day weekend last year, the box offices had taken in almost $130 million. This year they will be lucky to have done a third of that. The Summer box office is down 16% compared to numbers in 2016.
These numbers leave us wondering if a few big titles can save the entire year. “It,” “Kingsman 2,” “Bladerunner 2, ” “Thor 3,” “Justice League,” and “Star Wars” will have a lot of catching up to do.
Hollywood celebrities should probably take this as a hint to keep their mouths shut about politics and stick to what they’re being paid to do, act.
